Do you provide any discounts?

Unfortuantely, we are unable to offer any discounts for custom development services.


What payment methods do you accept?

Please refer to our Accepted Payment Methods page which provides more information about the various payment methods we can accept.


Can you remove VAT / Sales Tax from my order?

If you are placing your order from a European Union country (excluding the United Kingdom) and you do not have a valid VAT registration number for your organisation, we are legally required to charge VAT at the local rate of your country.

If you do have a valid VAT registration number for your organisation, please provide it to us before placing your order and we can then remove VAT from your order. VAT would also be removed automatically for all subsequent orders.

For orders placed from the United Kingdom and any other non-EU country, VAT will not be charged.


What is your refund / service cancellation policy?

Our refund and cancellation policy can be found within our Terms of Service which form a legally binding agreement for the protection of both buyer and seller.

It is important that you read and understand these terms before proceeding to order any service from us. If there is anything you do not understand, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to clarify anything you are unsure of.


Is there a minimum order value for custom website development?

There is no minimum order value and there is no job that is too small. So whether you have a minor website issue that you would like us to fix, or a large website project you would like us to complete, please contact us today with your requirements for a free, no obligation quotation.


Can you provide a quote for my specific website development needs?

Are your quotes fixed in price, or could the work ending up costing more?

All of our quotes are fixed price so you will know exaclty how much the work will cost before deciding to proceed. We do not charge per hour and there are no hidden fees of any kind. The price we quote is the price you pay.

However, please note that once a quote has been accepted, the work relating to it cannot be changed. A seperate quote can be provided on request for any additional work you require.


If there is a problem with the work that you have completed, will you fix it?

Yes, if there is any problem with work that we have completed as defined in a quote, we will investigate and resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
